Q: When is my rent due?

A: Rent is always due on the 1st of every month, but you have a grace period until 4:00 pm on the 5th. After 4:00 pm on the 5th, your rent is considered late.

 

Q: How do I pay my rent?

A: You pay your rent through the Tenant Web Access with your checking account, credit card or debit card. We also accept checks and money orders. We do NOT accept cash.

Must be made payable to Dobrin Property Management with your name printed and signed, address and what the payment is for.

 

Q: What if I don’t pay my rent?

A: If you rental payment has not been accepted by 4:00 pm on the 5th, there will be an additional late fee owed of 10% of the entire rent amount.

 

Q: How do I report maintenance?

A: Please put all service requests in through the Tenant Web Access

 

Q: What is considered an emergency?

A: Fire, Leak, Break in, Smell of Gas. Heat: If it is above 50 degrees outside, it is NOT an emergency. A/C: If the system is below 80 degrees, it is NOT an emergency. 

 

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Yes, on a case by case bases. Pets must be approved by management before they enter the premise.

 

Q: Am I able to sublease?

A: Yes, you do have that option. Please review the Lease or call the office for further details.

 

Q: What if I need to break my Lease?

A: You cannot break your Lease, however, you may sublease.


Q: Can I install a security system?

A: Yes, please make sure the system equipment is installed carefully without creating any large holes or major damage to the property. Once the security system is installed please provide Dobrin Property Management with a code to the system so we can enter the property as needed without setting off any alarms.

Q: What paint is used in my home?
A:
Paint can be purchased from the Sherwin Williams on Cary St. ***When you paint you are taking the risk of Dobrin Property Management having to paint again if it is not done to our satisfaction.***

Q: What should I do to prepare for move-out?
A:
Please review our Move Out Procedures. The paint used in the home is listed above, if you chose to paint please be extremely careful and ensure the paint matches exactly. If it does not match or is not done correctly we will have to paint more which could be a higher cost to you, and none of us want that. If you are ever in doubt, please contact our office.
